My name is Kyle Rietta and I am currently working as a hardware engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. I am an accomplished engineer that enjoys using my skills to problem solve, implement solutions, improve reliability, quality and efficiency and contribute to make the world a better place. I graduated from California State Univeristy Northridge with my degree in Electrical Engineering, was awarded the AIMS² STEM Grant Award and was the project lead on my senior design project, the Autonomous UAV. I am currently studying to receive my Certified Associate in Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute.
Outside of the professional world, I enjoy bowling and am a member of my local bowling league. I am an avid reader and find joy in becoming lost in a story in fiction or learning history in nonfiction. World travel is a pillar in my life and I am excited to explore every corner of the Earth. I love spending quality time with my pets, who mean everything to me, Bailey, Blueberry and Benjamin, respectively.
